In addition to racing, members can get together to chat about racing issues, check out points, or just generally chill out and have a drink with each other and get out with the children for an evening. For 2009 club nights have been decided to be held once a month. .

In addition to general chit chat and exchange of ideas or technical information, there is usually a raffle or blackout carried out on the night, and events for nights such as halloween, easter and christmas functions can tend to offer something extra.

 

Below is directions to the Westbourne club. For those who are not sure how to get there, the best option is to come off at the Emsworth junction on the A27 then follow this map from there. The Westbourne club is situated next to the School in River Street. Those using sat nav PO10 8TG

At club night this week 5th May a “Darts Tournament” will take place (only people booked in before 8.30pm will be able to play) also on that night there will be a small raffle.

On club night 9th June there will be “Pool and Skittles Tournaments” taking place if you wish to play please put your names down as soon as possible.

The cost to play is £2.00p per entry into each (Darts, Pool or Skittles) or a combined fee of £5.00 for all payable on the night.

 

Looking ahead to 7th July there will be another very popular “Horseracing Evening” the 1st race will be at 8.30pm so be there early to get your seat! If you wish to book food, please complete the booking forms available in the programme or ask for one at race control or club night.
